Driver was very friendly. But had to wait 30 minutes for pickup. We arrived in a terminal B where there is construction in the pick up area. Other people that arrived the same time as us were picked up much quicker.

Used for 3 separate transfers. All experiences were great. Communication via what's app allowed us to update for our delayed flight. If you have pick up at La Ramana cruise port, we had to purchase a 15.00$ pass from a small building (to the left of the info center at entrance) & send via what's app to allow driver into the port pick up area. Highly recommend Your transfer 24.

Overall great experience, had transfers both ways from the airport to the resort in Punta Cana, Dominican. Drivers were friendly, helpful and one time, and I was given text confirmation via Whatsapp both ways.

Your worker went so far beyond the call of duty to help me. My flight was cancelled, the hotel I was staying at was filled, without her help I was looking at sleeping in the airport. Over the ride was good. Lots of confusion around the driver getting access to the port to pick us up which was strange as there were lots of cars inside the port. It could be that there was lots of confusion as it felt like this was the first cruise to disembark at La Romana.
